Final Assembly
Our nearly 400 m² integration workshop allows us to produce both highly technical products in small batches and to perform high-volumes assembly.
Equipped with machining tools, we perform a number of operations—including cutting, drilling, and forming mechanical parts—in-house to reduce our manufacturing lead times.
The integration of PCBAs coming directly from our PCBA workshop also helps optimize these lead times.
Our services range from the mechanical assembly of custom components to the wiring of connected subsystems.
The manufacturing and testing of box-built products for a wide range of industries involves assembling components as diverse as power supplies, circuit breakers, power fuses, terminal blocks, programmable logic controllers, and relays in plastic enclosures or metal cabinets.
We manufacture finished products incorporating LED strips or flexible LED strips. We are also skilled in finishing processes such as products potting.
