Siemel’s core business is the manufacture of PCBAs. We operate in numerious sectors such as: aerospace and aviation, auto racing, ATEX-certified products (explosive environments) for the energy sector, instrumentation, the leisure sector—including all types of swimming pool equipments—, security and defense, nuclear sector, health and wellness, signage sector and more generally the industry.
Automatic Surface-Mount Component Placement
With these identical SMT lines, Siemel offers a high level of flexibility and manufacturing reliability.
Equipped with advanced in-line visual inspection systems as well as 3D AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection), we pay particular attention to the quality of our manufacturing.
Whether placing SMD connectors, 0.4mm-pitch BGAs, or 0201 passive components, Siemel brings its expertise to its customers’ most technically challenging circuit boards.
Through-holes components mouting
Our operators work on all types of PCBAs : “standard” industrial circuit boards, highly miniaturized digital circuit boards (for the auto racing industry), power circuit boards (for the energy sector), and more.
Our manufacturing team receives regular training on the IPC A-610 standard and performs Class 2 and Class 3 soldering.
Whether using manual processes or wave soldering, you are guaranteed continuous inspection of your PCBAs to ensure the highest quality.

PCBAs second process
Because Siemel’s customers operate in a wide variety of industries, Siemel has developed expertise in a range of finishing processes:
– PCBA varnishing
– components gluing
– application of insulating material using a microvolumetric system
– board potting
Final test
The expertise of Siemel R&D enables us to conduct final production tests, including electrical and functional tests, connectivity tests (radio, Bluetooth, etc.), algorithmic tests, and performance tests.
